This is a true hidden gem in the queens area. If you are training to be a professional eater then this is the place to go. The portions they give are enormous. The price is amazing for the amount of food they give. Bring a friend or two to share because you will not finish a plate on your own.

The place was very nice, the food was good the value was great. it does get crowded fast so be aware. We did feel a bit rushed but it is understandable considering how crowded they got. We will definitely go back. The place look average for a diner but in a good way.

Came during brunch time on a Saturday morning and was surprised that there was no wait. The servers are very attentive and friendly. The menus list pricing for both cash and credit so that's helpful if needed. While the food is rather pricey, the portion sizes are well worth it and you will get the amount of food you paid for. My favorite part is the variety of appetizers and types of fries they offer - I cannot wait to try all that they offer. I had the Louisiana panini, which is flavored nicely, but I felt the shrimp was rather dry and the entire sandwich could use more sauce. The waffle fries were delicious. Would definitely come back.

My sister took me to GoodEats last summer and ordered everything but the kitchen sink. She was considered a "regular" and treated with kid gloves by her favorite waitress (who was wonderful). The food was great and the portions were very large. My sister never lets me pay so although I saw the prices on the menu, my calculation skills are subpar. On this trip, however, I met up with a good friend at GoodEats and my experience was no different. We were given plenty of time to order. Our seasoned waiter, Adolfo, didn't hover and waited patiently for us to select from the expansive menu. The food was hot and fresh. The prices for the portions given were reasonable.

We have been going here for years. Great breakfast platters. Huge portions. Prices are in the $$ range. Great diner food but with a creative twist. We order different things but our favorites include corned beef hash, French toast with sausage, turkey blue, and the burgers! What I do not agree with is their practice of adding $1-$2 on every dish for home delivery. Prices should be uniform regardless of whether you eat in or dine out. So as an example, an $8.95 platter will be $9.95 if you order for delivery. Please be aware of it. It's small but it adds up and we certainly don't live in 1991 anymore, where everything is affordable Worth a stop though!!

I have no idea why Good Eats gets 3 1/2 stars. It makes NO sense at all. We have been here 20 or more times at least over the past few years and never had anything but a great meal. Big portions. Great taste. Good and attentive service. No long waits even when there's a line. Check out all the food photos and you will see how wonderful the plates are. And the food taste good not just looks good. We were there yesterday and sat at the counter. Attentive friendly service. Yummy eggs Benedict with regular bacon and avocado. Well done home fries with fresh peppers. It was so good and of course I took home leftovers. Hubby had his own concoction egg white omelet with one yolk, spinach, onions and turkey sausage with rye toast. They will make you whatever you want. This is a great local spot. We always find parking too.
